Luke Smith & James Ross - Directors
James and Luke have a combined 25 years experience in the industry. They had a long and successful career at leading independent reseller Direct Digital. When Direct Digital was sold to Toshiba in 2003 James and Luke were contracted by Toshiba to manage and develop two corporate sales teams. James and Luke left to establish Digicorp in 2005 after two successful years at Toshiba.

Finance Manager
Shane has extensive experience in Finance within the service sector. He has been at Digicorp since summer 2008. Shane has overseen the implementation of a new Accounts system as well as a major upgrade to our CBS billing system since his arrival.
Operations Manager
Since completing an MBA in Economics at the University of Ireland in 2005 Margaret has had successful roles at a Technology Start Up in Ireland as well as Network Rail in London. Margaret joined Digicorp in summer 2008 and has completely reorganised the operations side of the business.
Service Manager
Paul has over 15 years experience in the copier/MFD industry. He has an extensive knowledge of Ricoh, Canon, HP and Toshiba equipment. With a strong focus on customer service and quality Paul and his team provide the ‘face of Digicorp’ to our customers.
Sales Manager
Charlie had an interesting and varied career including time in the Army and as a professional motorcycle racer before starting work with James and Luke at Direct Digital in 2001. During 2005 he took on a year’s contract as Sales Director at leading marketing company Hunter Sourcing before starting with Digicorp in 2006. Charlie is now recruiting for and managing the New Business Sales Teams at Digicorp.
