Independence of Product
Digicorp are independent and work with many MFD and software companies, all of whom are market leaders in their own right. This means that once Digicorp has assessed your company’s document needs, we will advise the very best MFDs and software products for your business. This gives you many more options and total flexibility.
Experienced Consultants
Will work with you and analyse your business to ensure a complete understanding of your current situation. Our objective is to provide you with an accurate analysis of the Total Cost of Ownership of your current document solution. This includes hardware procurement costs as well as equipment running costs. All factors in document production and management expenditure will be taken into account.
Tailor-made Document Solutions
Once the initial consultancy process is complete we will discuss the results with you and agree on the type of solution that would be most suitable. A number of factors may need to be considered such as a reduction in bottom line spend, contract consolidation or a specific operational need for example. These discussions will also help us to devise a suitable service and support package.
Account Management
Unlike many of our competitors Digicorp’s Account Managers are not targeted on revenue generation. They are completely focussed on delivering our Service Level Agreement as well as helping with and even running projects on behalf of customers. Managed Service Contracts
A full range of managed services is also an option. This can range from trained operators and on-site engineering support to a fully inclusive facilities management contract.
