Digicorp’s planned preventative maintenance schedules underpin our Support Programme. These engineer visits ensure that parts are replaced in line with manufacturers' recommendations, thereby ensuring much greater fleet reliability.

When an emergency call is made we respond quickly. Our average onsite response time nationwide is 2 hours and 17 minutes, with considerably faster responses in city centre locations. We operate an engineer-to-machine ratio of approximately 1:80, with the industry average being closer to 1:200.

Our help desk is based at our Head Office in the UK. All departments within the business have regular face-to-face communication with the help desk. This ensures that any issues are dealt with quickly and effectively.

Our Account Management team produces regular management information reports for clients. These reports provide a comprehensive asset register, as well as visibility of key performance indicators, such as preventative maintenance schedules and emergency call response times.
