The Grammar School had a mixed bag of print devices with no central control over costs and usage. The school decided to invest in new technology and print management software.

Digicorp decommissioned all old equipment and implemented a new fleet of state of the art Multi-Functional Printers (MFPs). A server-based print solution was implemented to provide the school with centralised reporting and management capabilities. In order to streamline the user experience for all staff, students and faculty members all devices were set-up with customised interfaces.
