  • With multiple sites and multiple tenants, the company had no control or visibility over the print environment.

  • Clients working off a variety of devices (Mac and PC) with difficulty allocating costs to tenants.

 

With multiple locations across London and the South East, the company was expanding rapidly and needed to address new business challenges to deliver more efficient, agile operations. Each business centre had multiple tenants and no way of monitoring print behaviours and controlling costs on an individual basis.


Solution


  • Implement a PaperCut Managed Print Solution
  • Integrate the print function with the business’ client management system
  • Enable staff and tenants to release print using their door entry proximity cards
  • Allow staff to print from multiple sites with the cloud-based accounting server
  • Provide an integrated scanning solution

 

Digicorp implemented network-based software, PaperCut, across all locations. This integrated with the customer's client management system enabling staff to recharge and invoice tenants based on individual usage. Regardless of which office the tenant was using usage reporting would feedback to the central system. Digicorp also provided a print and scan interface that would unify the user experience across all locations.
